About the Festival

How It Works

Nita and Lottie Schitt organize the festival annually and recruit bands through local business sponsorships. The arrangement is straightforward: in exchange for the sponsorship, each band must compose and perform an original song in honor of their patron business.

The 2020 edition was delayed slightly due to a pandemic. It happened anyway.

  Gypsy flamenco. Heat, rhythm, and a solid relationship with tequila.
